Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing biostatistics team and promote collaboration

Qualifications
- 8+ years in industry, 5+ years in diagnostics with a preference for NGS, genetics, and oncology experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing teams
- Master's in statistics, biostatistics, or similar; PhD preferred
- Robust knowledge of statistical methodologies in diagnostics, including FDA guidelines
- Experience working directly with regulatory bodies like the FDA
