Director of Behavioral Health / Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LCPC)

Signet Health is seeking a licensed LCSW or LCPC for the Director of Behavioral Health position with our program at Northern Maine Medical Center to oversee the Outpatient Adult and Senior Adult Behavioral Health program located in Fort Kent, Maine.

About the role

Immediate opportunity for a full-time, on-site Director of Behavioral Health/Licensed Therapist. Schedule is Monday–Friday, day shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Provide group therapy
• Supervise program staff
• Ensure compliance with hospital, state, federal, and licensing agency regulatory standards
• Establish relationships with community leaders and service providers to promote and foster the positive reputation of the programs

Requirements

• Maine clinical licensure as a master’s-level Social Worker (LCSW) or master’s-level Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Related experience working with behavioral health patients in an outpatient or inpatient setting highly desired

Pay

Generous salary starting at $115,000.00.
