Director of Behavioral Health -Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Counselor

About the Role

Signet Health, a national behavioral health management company, is partnering with Sullivan Hospital to manage Outpatient Adult & Senior Adult Behavioral Health programs in Sullivan, IN. This is an immediate opportunity for a full-time Director of Behavioral Health/Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LMHC).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the two units
• Provide group therapy
• Supervise program staff
• Ensure compliance with hospital, state, federal, and licensing agency regulatory standards
• Establish relationships with community leaders and service providers to promote and foster the positive reputation of the programs

Requirements

• Valid Indiana licensure in social work or professional counseling (LCSW or LMHC)
• Previous management/supervisory experience highly preferred
• Expertise in the needs of geriatric and adult populations
