About the role

The Director of Audience Growth will own a critical asset in digital pharma marketing—a large, engaged, registered HCP audience. This is a hands-on role for someone who builds, tests, and optimizes this audience directly.

Responsibilities

  • Full lifecycle journey strategy and execution in Iterable (onboarding, early-tenure engagement, at-risk intervention, win-back)
  • End-to-end HCP registration funnel performance—traffic to verified, engaged physician
  • An always-on experimentation program across registration pages, gated content, and progressive profiling flows
  • Acquisition channel mix with cost-per-registered-HCP targets: SEO, programmatic, society partnerships, content syndication, and paid social
  • Commercial campaign signal integration—translating behavioral data into segmentation refinements and audience intelligence
  • Deliverability infrastructure, suppression strategy, and audience health governance across endemic and sponsored sends

Requirements

  • 6–10 years in audience growth, lifecycle/retention marketing, or growth operations for a registered-audience business
  • Healthcare/HCP audience experience strongly preferred; digital publisher and consumer subscription backgrounds are a strong fit
  • Deep hands-on fluency with a modern martech stack—CDP, ESP, analytics, and experimentation platforms
  • Strong analytical chops: cohort analysis, churn modeling, funnel analysis
  • Must be able to walk through a registered audience you personally grew or stabilized—baseline, intervention, time period, result
  • Working knowledge of HCP marketing compliance (HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR)

Qualifications

Healthcare/HCP audience experience strongly preferred; digital publisher and consumer subscription backgrounds are a strong fit.
