DIRECTOR OF ANNUAL GIVING - OU HEALTH CAMPUS

About the role

The Director of Annual Giving develops and executes the annual giving program for the University of Oklahoma Health Campus academic colleges and centers. This includes, but is not limited to, direct mail, e-solicitations, social media and the annual Giving Day fundraising initiative, as well as other special campaigns related to annual giving.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements annual giving strategies and initiatives
• Manages direct mail, e-solicitations, social media, and other fundraising channels
• Coordinates with campus departments to ensure alignment with annual giving goals
• Oversees special campaigns and events related to annual giving
• Works with the Senior Director of Annual Giving and the campus Assistant Vice President of Advancement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations or a closely related field
• 48 to 60 months of fundraising, sales, gift planning, public relations, communications or marketing experience
• Some management experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with donor stewardship and cultivation
• Knowledge of fundraising software and tools

Skills

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually.
