Primary Responsibilities
- Provides strategic oversight for all current and future Saltleaf Amenity Operations.
- Responsible for the overall leadership of the daily operations of all amenities and facilities.
- Serves as the key employee liaison between members/residents and ownership.
- Capable of forward-thinking, strategic planning to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Works with a wide variety of staff, clients, and trade partners.
- Hires, trains, manages, and motivates staff.
- Participates in the interview and selection process. Successfully onboards new hires with proper on-the-job training.
- Manages performance and provides performance feedback in accordance with London Bay guidelines.
- Has direct management authority of the Director of Marina Operations and the Saltleaf Golf Club General Manager.
- Serves as the primary contact for any Amenity operators that the Company has contracted with, including Club Operations and Restaurateur management.
- May assist with contract negotiations and is responsible for addressing and managing any service-level issues.
- Responsible for providing outstanding client/member service.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for members, addressing concerns promptly and proactively, curating services to exceed expectations.
- Provides planning and proforma analysis on future Amenity concepts and programming, including parcels purchased outside of the immediate Saltleaf geographic area.
- Capable of performing analysis and planning to convert a Club from public to private status.
- Manages annual budgets, tracks revenue and expenses.
- Implements cost controls and efficiency initiatives.
- Understands and reviews P & L statements.
- Reviews accounts payable, manages, and approves expenditures.
- Evaluates the efficiency of day-to-day procedures and applies improvements.
- Revises and/or formulates standards/policies to meet the amenities' needs and promotes their implementation.
- Makes recommendations to Ownership on capital improvements to ensure residents and members receive optimum enjoyment of amenities' aesthetics, privacy, services, and amenities.
- Participates in Development Meetings and other required internal meetings.
- Ensures all OSHA and safety standards are implemented and followed.
- Maintains flexible work schedule as needed. Evenings, holidays, and weekends are part of the job, and hours of work will be determined by the amenities' business needs.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including licensing, permits, health department regulations, and alcohol service regulations where applicable.
- Develops and implements emergency response and crisis management protocols for all amenity facilities.

Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Mandatory Experience/Background: A minimum of 10 years managing high-end amenity facilities of luxury hospitality or residential projects. A minimum of two years of that experience must be proven success working for a luxury project Developer.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and project a competent, professional demeanor.
- Must have the professional polish to interact with high-net-worth clients and be capable of providing outstanding internal and external client service.
- Must be capable of hiring, managing, and developing a well-qualified team.
- Requires financial acumen, excellent computer and organizational skills.

- Desired Experience/Qualifications: Luxury branded work experience. A Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation is desirable. Experience with private golf, restaurant, wellness, and marina operations.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to different locations.
