Director of Alumni Relations

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Office of Alumni Relations
• Develop data-driven annual plans to enhance alumni engagement
• Serve as the primary liaison for over 90,000 alumni
• Design innovative alumni programs and regional engagement strategies
• Cook up signature alumni events and conduct post-event analyses
• Foster collaborative relationships with campus units and stakeholders
• Implement multi-channel communication strategies to engage alumni

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 7+ years of progressive experience in alumni relations, event management, or fundraising
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Demonstrated ability to engage diverse groups including faculty, staff, and alumni
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in CRM software
• Strong organizational and budget management skills
• Creativity and problem-solving skills with a sense of humor

Pay

$90,000 – $98,000 annually
