HybridFull-time

At BCLP, we’ve built our firm on the foundations of thinking differently. Curious, inquisitive, and unbound by tradition, we are continuously evolving the way we support our people and manage risk across the firm. Our people are at the center of everything we do, which is why we are seeking a Director of AI Enablement to drive organizational transformation by deploying optimized business processes through applied AI-enabled systems and workflows.

About the Role

The individual will be responsible for executing the transformation strategy and roadmap for AI and related tools across the business (with a primary focus on fee earner stakeholders). Working with our in-house knowledge professionals, the role will oversee knowledge asset taxonomy and precedent/template curation with Knowledge and Innovation Lawyers. You will design and deliver AI-related knowledge—including search, drafting aids, clause banks, and playbooks—and oversee the capture and curation of AI use cases aligned with practice and business priorities.

This will involve providing strategic oversight and leadership of the global team reporting to the AI Enablement Director, coordinating projects and initiatives, and supporting Practice Group and business function outreach. The role will collaborate with the firm's Knowledge and Innovation Lawyer community to ensure alignment with their efforts and broader strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how a leading global law firm leverages AI and knowledge to transform the practice of law.
