About the Role
HCA is seeking an experienced, collaborative, innovative, strategic, and results-oriented leader to serve as the HCA Director of Administrative Services. Under the direction of the HCA Assistant Agency Director, the Director of Administrative Services will have full responsibility for the development, administration, and evaluation of services, programs, and large-scale projects in support of all program services areas for the agency.
Specifically, the position plans and evaluates system-wide procedures, strategies, and goals; maintains, updates, and ensures procedural compliance for programs and projects; and plans and implements process improvements in the assigned administrative functions.
