Director of Adjunctive Therapy

About the role

The Director of Adjunctive Therapy is responsible for overseeing the implementation and coordination of adjunctive therapy programs within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of adjunctive therapy programs
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of therapy interventions
• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and families
• Evaluate therapy outcomes and make recommendations for program improvements
• Provide training and supervision to adjunctive therapy staff
• Stay updated on best practices in adjunctive therapy and incorporate these into the organization's programs

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in adjunctive therapy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
