About the role
The Director of Adjunctive Therapy is responsible for overseeing the implementation and coordination of adjunctive therapy programs within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of adjunctive therapy programs
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of therapy interventions
- Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and families
- Evaluate therapy outcomes and make recommendations for program improvements
- Provide training and supervision to adjunctive therapy staff
- Stay updated on best practices in adjunctive therapy and incorporate these into the organization's programs
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in adjunctive therapy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
