Director of ACT Services

About the role

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a full-time Director of ACT Services to oversee the ACT/FACT Teams. This position requires the candidate to be flexible and able to travel to various sites throughout NYC and Long Island.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of ACT team leaders
• Oversight and supervision of the functions and compliance of a mobile, multi-disciplinary treatment team for persons with severe and persistent mental illness
• Direct oversight and supervision of all ACT teams
• Travel between Queens & Long Island ACT locations

Qualifications

• Licensed Social Worker (LCSW preferred)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor
• Licensed Psychologist
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ACT with minimum 3 years supervisory experience
• A valid and clean NY State driver license
• Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS Office of Mental Health required
