About the role
This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee continuous survey readiness activities system-wide
- Develop actionable strategies for compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor and report areas of non-compliance and implement solutions
- Direct the periodic review and revision of policies and procedures
- Provide expert consultation and training to leadership and staff on accreditation procedures
- Serve as liaison with regulatory bodies, including The Joint Commission
- Facilitate leadership reviews and develop improvement action plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- 5+ years of experience coordinating regulatory agency survey activities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task
- Organizational skills to support a multi-component system
- Flexibility with occasional out-of-town travel for seminars
