About the Role

Lead a team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians, shape clinical quality, and drive excellence in ABA services at Centria Autism. This role focuses on mentorship, collaboration, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical teams and client care, ensuring compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based ABA therapy.
  • Coach and guide Supervising Clinicians (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians with consistent feedback, hands-on modeling, and regular check-ins.
  • Review treatment plans, monitor outcomes, and ensure data-driven decisions for client progress.
  • Evaluate treatment fidelity, supervision practices, and clinical impact using Centria’s internal tools and standards.
  • Facilitate skill-building workshops and group training for Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians.
  • Collaborate with Area Directors and Operations Leaders to align staffing, caseloads, compliance, and service quality.
  • Support the Elevate practicum supervision and mentorship program to develop future clinicians.
  • Conduct caregiver check-ins to ensure families feel supported and engaged throughout their journey.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in a clinical setting.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred, OR a strong track record of successful case oversight and Behavior Technician mentorship at Centria (minimum 2 years).
  • Experience mentoring practicum students is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Practical Functional Assessment (PFA), Skills-Based Treatment (SBT), and assent-based ABA practices.
  • Experience navigating challenging clinical situations and supporting teams through high-stress moments.

Pay

Negotiable base salary starting at $105,000+, with additional incentives including:

  • Signing bonus.
  • Monthly and weekly bonus structure averaging $1,000 or more per month.
