Director, Nutrition Services
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive nutrition services strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Establish and uphold evidence-based clinical practice standards for oncology nutrition care
- Manage daily operations of nutrition services, including staffing and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health standards and lead quality audits and corrective actions
- Oversee budget management and vendor partnerships for nutrition services
- Implement performance metrics and data-driven improvements in service delivery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate nutrition services into patient care pathways
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in clinical nutrition and/or nutrition services operations
- 1-2 years of management or progressive leadership experience
- Registered and Licensed Dietitian certification required
- Professional registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics required

Pay
$103,600 – $131,300 annually
Schedule
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Requirements
Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field
8-10 years of experience in clinical nutrition and/or nutrition services operations
1-2 years of management or progressive leadership experience
Registered and Licensed Dietitian certification required
Professional registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics required
