Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for all nursing operations and services.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and patient care standards.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and conduct performance evaluations for nursing staff.
- Oversee departmental budgeting, resource allocation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Drive initiatives for patient well-being, quality improvement, and clinical innovation within nursing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - Minimum of 7 years of experience in the discipline
- OR Master's in Nursing - Five (5) years of leadership experience.
- Candidates must have an RN license that allows them to practice in the state of North Dakota (compact license or license issued by the ND Board of Nursing).
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS)

Compensation and Benefits
The posted compensation range of $54.76 - $81.45 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
We are offering a $20,000 Sign-On Bonusto new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
Qualifications
