About the role
Department: Nurse Admin. Provides leadership to specific nursing departments of the hospital; develop nursing standards of clinical practice, policies/procedures, enhance recruitment/retention, responsible for employee and patient satisfaction; participates in strategic and long-range planning.
Requirements
- Current Arkansas Registered Nursing license
- Master's Degree in Nursing required
- Evidence of successful progressive management experience with a minimum of 5 years in hospital ER, Med-Surg and/or Women & Children's Nursing Management
Schedule
Day shift, working hours 0800-1700, authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
