Director, New Client Development
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Regional Vice Presidents focused on client acquisition
- Oversee daily operations and ensure performance accountability
- Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions
- Monitor adherence to sales processes and best practices
- Execute onboarding and training for new RVPs
- Facilitate weekly team meetings to track performance
- Provide regular performance updates to firm leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in financial services
- Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership role
- Experience leveraging data analytics for results
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- FINRA Series 65 required
- CFP or similar designation preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed
Pay
$125,000 – $150,000 annually
Schedule
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
