Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Regional Vice Presidents focused on client acquisition
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure performance accountability
  • Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions
  • Monitor adherence to sales processes and best practices
  • Execute onboarding and training for new RVPs
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings to track performance
  • Provide regular performance updates to firm leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years in financial services
  • Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership role
  • Experience leveraging data analytics for results
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
  • FINRA Series 65 required
  • CFP or similar designation preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually

Schedule

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
