About the Role
As the Director of National Accounts for Laudio, you will introduce new health systems to Laudio, partner with sales to move opportunities through the pipeline, and assist in generating high-quality, well-priced, multi-year contracts. This role requires demonstrated success in pipeline growth, consultative sales, and relationship-building with C-suite healthcare executives. You should be comfortable generating leads and navigating complex sales processes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Independently generate introductions to health system leaders, particularly System CHROs, COOs, and CNOs.
- Demonstrate the product to C-suite leaders, articulating how Laudio’s solutions address operational challenges and drive value.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and sales solution consultants to tailor demos, build trust, and create sales opportunities.
- Progress complex opportunities by identifying champions, aligning with strategic priorities, and navigating budget, approval, ROI, and timeline considerations.
- Develop account plans and senior peer relationships with prospects, leveraging Laudio’s GTM playbook and ROI model to position champions internally.
- Generate signed contracts to drive bookings growth and maintain real-time updates in Laudio’s CRM (HubSpot).
- Partner with Laudio Insights (Laudio’s Thought Leadership arm) to plan and execute relationship-building events, converting thought leadership into sales opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate existing sales through Laudio Insights events and contribute to the development of national benchmarks.
- Translate thought leadership content (e.g., books, reports) into actionable insights for sales teams and RVPs.
- Represent Laudio at regional and national events to bridge thought leadership and sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of demonstrated revenue-generating success with growing HIT companies, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven track record in hunting and developing new prospects.
- Experience selling innovative technology to healthcare C-suite executives.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, gain respect, and excel in virtual and in-person selling.
- Mastery of remote sales tools/platforms and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and business acumen.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare market, including clinical and HR processes in acute settings.
- Ability to engage in strategic conversations with healthcare C-suite leaders.

Pay
The full-time, annualized base pay hiring range for this role is $138,500.00–$198,000.00. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, qualifications, business needs, and local market factors. Most regular, full-time employees are eligible for participation in an incentive bonus or sales plan.
