Director Mortgage Servicing

Responsibilities

• Mortgage Servicing - Directs mortgage loan servicing activities to ensure productivity, performance, and quality goals are met.
• Makes sure all servicing activities follow the right rules and guidelines.
• Monitors how well the team is doing and makes sure they're meeting their goals.
• Collaborates with others to make sure everyone is following the rules and staying safe.
• Manages people who help with servicing loans, making sure they know what to do and how to do it.
• Ensures that reports about the work done are correct and given on time.
• Develops ways to make the work better and faster, especially if the bank gets bigger.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Mortgage servicing to include loan servicing, escrow, investor accounting OR
• High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Mortgage servicing to include loan servicing, escrow, investor accounting

Skills

• Proven record of success with performance and service level metrics

Preferred

• Experience leading and coaching loan servicing teams
