Director, Mission & Ministry
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. First, identify sections: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph about AdventHealth promise? The posting starts with "Our Promise To You Joining AdventHealth is about being part of something bigger..." That's more about company culture. Could be "About the role" or maybe not. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections have content. We have: - Job Description: leads and implements strategic plans... etc. That's responsibilities. - Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: list of abilities. - Education: Master's [Required] Field Of Study of Divinity degree Minimum of two units of Clinical Pastoral Education Four-units or residency in Clinical Pastoral Education - Work Experience: 5+ years management experience... etc. - Additional Information: N/A (skip) - Licenses And Certifications: N/A (skip) - Physical Requirements: link (maybe we could include as a note but not a heading? Probably not needed as no heading matches; we could drop or put in a paragraph under Responsibilities? Probably drop as it's a link but it's substantive? It says "Physical Requirements: (Please click the link below to view work requirements) Physical Requirements - https://tinyurl.com/23km2677". That's substantive but not fitting any heading. Could we put under Responsibilities? Not appropriate. Maybe we can include a
with that info under a generic section? The instruction says only use those headings; we could omit if no appropriate heading. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot invent or summarize away detail. If we drop it, we lose info. Could we put it under "Requirements" or "Qualifications"? Physical requirements could be considered a qualification. Might be okay to include under Requirements as a
. But the heading "Requirements" is for general requirements; we can include physical requirement there. - Pay Range: $73,507.20 - $136,739.20 => we should include Pay section. - Schedule: "Schedule Full time Shift Day (United States of America)" => we have schedule info. - Benefits: list of benefits: "All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family: Benefits from Day One: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance Paid Time Off from Day One 403-B Retirement Plan 4 Weeks 100% Paid Parental Leave Career Development Whole Person Well-being Resources Mental Health Resources and Support Pet Benefits". That's benefits. - Location: Address etc. Could be under About the role? Or maybe we can include location in a short paragraph under About the role? The instruction says do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Location is minor metadata; we can include in a short
maybe under About the role or separate? Probably we can include a
with address info under About the role or maybe a separate "About the role" includes description of role and location? But we have a separate "Job Description" which is responsibilities. The introductory promise could be "About the role". Let's treat that as About the role. Thus sections: - About the role: include the promise paragraph and location info (address, city, state, zip). Also maybe the job title? Not repeat job title as heading. - Responsibilities: the job description paragraph(s) starting with "Leads and implements strategic plans..." etc. - Requirements: maybe combine Education, Work Experience, Licenses (N/A skip), Physical Requirements. Could also include "Additional Information N/A" skip. - Qualifications: maybe not needed if we have Requirements covering education/experience. But we have separate "Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities" which is Skills. So we can have Skills section for that. - Qualifications: maybe we can include Education and Work Experience under Qualifications? But we already have Requirements. The instruction list includes Requirements and Qualifications separate. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements are mandatory; Qualifications are preferred? But we can split: Requirements: required items (Education Master's required, Field of Study Divinity degree, Minimum two units CPE, Four-units or residency in CPE, 5+ years supervisory or management experience in a hospital setting [Required], etc). Qualifications: preferred items (5+ years management experience in acute care setting medium to large hospital [Preferred], Congregational pastoral experience [Preferred], Able to communicate effectively in additional languages [Preferred]). But we also have Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities list which are required (most marked [Required]) and one preferred (additional languages). Those could go under Skills. Thus: - About the role: promise + location. - Responsibilities: job description paragraph. - Requirements: list of required education, work experience, maybe also required abilities? But we have Skills for abilities. We'll keep Requirements for education and work experience (required). Also maybe include "Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)"? That's not a requirement for the role but a condition; could be under Requirements as a note. But it's more like a condition; we could put under Requirements as a paragraph. - Skills: list of knowledge, skills, abilities (including required and preferred). We'll format as
- .
- Qualifications: preferred items (acute care management experience, congregational pastoral experience, additional languages). Could also include "Preferred" items from Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (additional languages). We'll put those.
- Benefits: list of benefits.
- Pay: pay range.
- Schedule: full time shift day.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content.
Now produce HTML.
We need to wrap each section:
About the role
then...
maybe with- for list.
Location: "Address 1395 S PINELLAS AVE City TARPON SPRINGS State Florida Postal Code 34689". We'll make a short sentence.
Let's craft.

Then location: "Located at 1395 S Pinellas Ave, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689."
Combine maybe two paragraphs.
Responsibilities: The job description paragraph(s). It's a long paragraph with multiple sentences. We'll keep as
