Director, Menu Architecture & Pricing Strategy

Role Responsibilities

• Developing pricing strategy and establish pricing guardrails and governance
• Establishing pricing for new products, bundles and LTOs
• Developing and maintaining menu architecture strategy, category roles
• Developing and testing new pricing architecture, menu flow, value ladders and menu architectures
• Managing RMS relationship and monitors impact of pricing actions
• Monitoring competitive pricing and market value positioning

What You’ll Need

• 8-10+ years experience in pricing or menu management for hospitality brand
• Education Requirements: Bachelor degree required, Graduate degree preferred (MBA or professional degree)
• Tools: AI toolset (Chat GPT, Claude, etc.), Excel and PowerPoint
• People skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present and socialize recommendations with executive leadership team and franchisees, independently
