Director Member Services (Branch Manager)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related management/supervisory experience and an associate’s degree
- Obtain and / or maintain Notary Commission
- Obtain and / or maintain Signature Guarantee
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with the public, staff, and other departments
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and coach staff
- Able to sell and cross-sell credit union products and services effectively
- Flexible working hours and availability to work in different branches as needed
- Saturday hours required
- Preferred: At least five to seven years of previous financial institution experience and a bachelor’s degree
- Related experience in a financial institution, preferably in a credit union
Compensation
Salary Range per hour, depending on experience and qualifications: $63,900 - $95,900

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this position, the successful candidate is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, keyboards or controls; talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms and stoop or kneel. Must regularly lift and/or move files and equipment up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 25 pound objects. Specific vision characteristics required by this position include close vision, adjust focus, and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
