Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and execution of innovative RNAi-based drug discovery projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and regulatory experts to advance drug candidates through various stages of development.
• Perform data analysis and interpret results to guide experimental strategies and project timelines.
• Prepare and present scientific reports and presentations to stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• A PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field with a strong background in RNAi technology.
• Experience in RNAi-based drug discovery and/or clinical development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and standards.
