Director, Medical - Clinical Research Scientist

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Medical - Clinical Research Scientist to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will help shape clinical strategy and development plans for new compounds, with a focus on advancing programs through early- to mid-stage clinical research. The position partners closely with quantitative scientists, regulatory stakeholders, and cross-functional development teams to support protocol design, study execution, and scientific reporting. It also requires a strong focus on patient safety, adverse event monitoring, and the preparation of high-quality clinical and regulatory materials.
