About the role

Zenith Analytics is a part of Zenith, one of Publicis Groupe’s largest media agencies. We specialize in helping clients connect their marketing efforts to real-world business outcomes through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Business Planning and Activation teams to design and implement data strategies.
  • Use data to optimize campaigns and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Represent the team to external clients and manage junior-level staff members.
  • Develop and lead analytics strategy for multiple clients.
  • Manage and query relational databases, and design and manage databases, schemas, and ETL processes.
  • Design and manage multi-touch attribution models, cross-device measurement, and other advanced analytics methods.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of work experience in media or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Experience managing multiple levels of analysts.
  • Experience growing and cultivating analytics talent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (STEM, Economics, Marketing, etc.) preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros and advanced formulas.
  • Experience with Ad Servers (CM360), website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and third-party brand lift and research partners (DISQO, Dynata, Kantar).
  • Experience with cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, Databricks, GCP).
  • Experience with descriptive statistics, linear regressions, multi-touch attribution modeling, MMM, and cross-device measurement.
