About the role
Zenith Analytics is a part of Zenith, one of Publicis Groupe’s largest media agencies. We specialize in helping clients connect their marketing efforts to real-world business outcomes through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Business Planning and Activation teams to design and implement data strategies.
- Use data to optimize campaigns and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Represent the team to external clients and manage junior-level staff members.
- Develop and lead analytics strategy for multiple clients.
- Manage and query relational databases, and design and manage databases, schemas, and ETL processes.
- Design and manage multi-touch attribution models, cross-device measurement, and other advanced analytics methods.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of work experience in media or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience managing multiple levels of analysts.
- Experience growing and cultivating analytics talent.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (STEM, Economics, Marketing, etc.) preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including macros and advanced formulas.
- Experience with Ad Servers (CM360), website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and third-party brand lift and research partners (DISQO, Dynata, Kantar).
- Experience with cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, Databricks, GCP).
- Experience with descriptive statistics, linear regressions, multi-touch attribution modeling, MMM, and cross-device measurement.
