Director, Marketing Transformation & PMO

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Marketing Transformation & PMO to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This leader will shape the operating model for a modern marketing organization, bringing structure, visibility, and disciplined execution to a fast-moving environment. The role will own the marketing PMO, helping align cross-functional priorities, standardize delivery practices, and strengthen goal-setting across teams. It will also drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows and support leadership with the cadence, governance, and coordination needed to scale marketing impact globally. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Build and lead the marketing PMO, establishing standards for project intake and delivery Manage cross-functional programs, resolving dependencies and risks proactively Design and implement the marketing OKR framework to align goals across teams Drive the adoption of AI tools and workflows within the marketing organization Establish Centers of Excellence to create global standards for marketing functions Ensure integrated campaigns align with PMO standards and the OKR framework Program-manage planning offsites and quarterly business reviews for all teams Qualifications 5-7 years of program/project management experience in marketing or GTM organizations Proven track record in establishing PMO disciplines in fast-paced environments Hands-on expertise with project management tools, particularly Asana Strong understanding of PMO frameworks and agile methodologies Experience leading AI transformation or automation initiatives is preferred Excellent communication skills with senior leadership and cross-functional teams People-leadership experience managing director-level reports Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Life insurance coverage Paid time off (PTO) Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
