Director, Marketing Lung

For a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a Director of Marketing focused on Lung to shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact.

About the role

You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador to establish industry trust
• Develop comprehensive strategic and promotional plans
• Leverage oncology customer understanding to shape strategies
• Implement brand strategies via effective promotional materials
• Contribute to product lifecycle vision and portfolio considerations
• Mentor fellow marketing team members
• Lead cross-functional efforts for launch readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, with 12+ years in biotech/pharma marketing
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proven ability in developing and executing marketing initiatives
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for oncology

Pay

$201,000 – $251,000 annually
