  • Hands-on experience managing and updating websites through a CMS, including webpage creation, content updates, page refreshes, landing pages, and basic design changes.
  • Able to establish priorities, exercise sound judgment, and move work forward efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting business needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and relevant marketing technology tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of seven years of progressive marketing experience, including at least three years of marketing leadership, functional ownership, or brand-management responsibility.
  • Experience in life sciences, clinical research, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry strongly preferred; experience within the IRB or clinical-trials industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of driving qualified lead generation and measurable marketing ROI.
