About the role

Tia is hiring a Clinical Operations Director to lead operational performance across Tia’s care delivery model, including in-person clinics, virtual care, and virtual psych. In this role, you will serve as the enterprise operations leader responsible for building, scaling, and continuously improving the operating model across Tia’s in-person and virtual care delivery footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Enterprise Multi-Site Operations
    • Provide enterprise leadership and oversight across Tia’s in-person clinics, virtual care model, and virtual psych practice, ensuring operational consistency, accountability, and performance across markets, service lines, and care modalities.
    • Directly manage location-specific Operations Directors, supporting them in leading clinic teams and executing against market goals.
    • Partner with clinical leadership in a dyad model to align operational execution with clinical quality, patient experience, provider experience, and business performance.
    • Build and maintain clear operating rhythms across markets, including performance reviews, issue escalation, action planning, and accountability structures.
    • Create repeatable and predictable operating systems that hardwire operational rigor, scalable infrastructure, and consistent execution across the practice.
    • Create consistency across clinics and care modalities while allowing for thoughtful market-level adaptation where appropriate.
  • Build and Scale Tia’s Operating Model
    • Develop and execute enterprise operating plans that support Tia’s clinical, operational, financial, and growth goals.
    • Translate company priorities into standardized workflows, performance expectations, staffing models, and operational routines across all locations.
    • Develop strategies and frameworks to establish, improve, and scale operational processes aligned with business needs.
    • Identify areas of variation across markets and implement scalable solutions that improve consistency, performance, and teammate experience.
  • Drive Performance Through Data
    • Develop and utilize data-driven insights to identify operational inefficiencies, performance gaps, and opportunities across Tia’s locations.
    • Monitor key metrics related to patient access, schedule utilization, visit completion, provider templates, staffing, throughput, patient experience, teammate engagement, and financial performance.
    • Partner with business operations, finance, marketing, clinical services, and people teams to monitor demand trends and forecast market hiring, staffing, and capacity needs.
    • Use data to prioritize opportunities, support decision-making, and measure the impact of operational interventions.
  • Lead Growth, Launches, and Cross-Functional Initiatives
    • Support new clinic launches, market expansion, clinical program pilots, and scalable staffing strategies.
    • Lead and/or support cross-market and cross-functional projects designed to improve financial, operational, and clinical performance across the organization.
    • Partner closely with clinical teams, business operations, product, marketing, finance, and people teams to strengthen Tia’s care delivery model.
    • Work closely with strategic clinical partners, including Cedars-Sinai where applicable, to create and implement strategies that optimize patient experience and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive healthcare operations experience, ideally in ambulatory, outpatient, primary care, women’s health, multispecialty, urgent care, virtual care, behavioral health, or hybrid care delivery.
  • 3+ years of experience leading multi-site, multi-market, regional, enterprise, or multi-modality operations across in-person and/or virtual care environments.
  • Experience managing managers or operational leaders, such as Operations Directors, Clinic Directors, Market Directors, Practice Administrators, virtual care operations leaders, or similar roles.
  • Strong financial, analytical, project management, change management, and people leadership skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build repeatable operating systems, drive accountability, standardize workflows, and improve performance across distributed teams.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly and maintain a visible in-clinic/in-market presence across Tia markets required.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected compensation for this role is: $170,000 - $200,000 per year. You are also eligible for:
