Director, Market Development

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Market Development to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive market adoption for a new healthcare technology across North America, with a strong focus on launch execution, customer engagement, and procedural growth. The Director will partner closely with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to shape go-to-market success and strengthen customer advocacy. Success in this role will depend on translating market feedback into actionable strategy while supporting education and onboarding for key customers. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $141,340 – $194,337 annually Responsibilities Lead the adoption and implementation of the platform in North America Support execution of the North American launch strategy and improve customer engagement Develop and implement plans to accelerate product utilization and procedural growth Collect and communicate key market feedback for product strategy enhancements Identify and engage early adopter sites and key opinion leaders to drive clinical advocacy Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on training for customers Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Minimum 5 years in medical devices or related technologies, ideally in spine surgery Demonstrated success in sales, market development, or clinical support roles Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to work effectively in team environments Experience launching and driving adoption of new medical technologies preferred Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance and disability insurance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
