What You Will Do

• Lead the company’s strategy and development efforts to ensure Enphase’s products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
• Team leader for the following test functions:
  • Design verification – Confirm that a new product design meets requirements
  • Compliance – Certify that our products meet compliance standards
  • Reliability – Warrant product is reliable over its lifetime
  • Manufacturing – Ensure product is manufactured to the highest quality standards
  • System verification – Validate that Enphase products interoperate as a system
• This new architecture means that we have an opportunity to completely rethink the architecture of our test environment.

Who You Are and What You Bring

• B.S./M.S. in Electrical or Systems Engineering, or other suitable educational background or work experience
• 15+ years of experience designing, deploying and maintaining test equipment and fixtures
• Experience managing a large technical team including budgets and capital projects
• Strong Python programming skills
• Database experience
• Expertise with power electronics
• Mechanical design knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of battery chemistry and technology is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $205,200 and may vary based on experience, skills, and location. This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits, with final compensation determined in accordance with applicable laws and internal equity.
