Director, Manufacturing Support

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical resources providing onsite and remote support for manufacturing facilities experiencing equipment downtime and automation-related issues
• Partner with plant leadership, Operations Excellence, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability, optimize line performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Evaluate equipment and production line performance to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and improve operational efficiency
• Facilitate root cause analysis activities utilizing methodologies such as Breakdown Analysis (BDA), 5-Why, and Fishbone
• Support and troubleshoot plant automation systems, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), industrial networks, and associated controls infrastructure
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of related experience and 6+ years of leadership experience
• OR High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 13+ years of specific experience and 8+ years of leadership experience

Pay

$168,480 - $210,600 plus annual target bonus. This role may also have the opportunity to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to program rules.
