Responsibilities
- Implement the strategic vision for manufacturing operations aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Drive initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Optimize resource allocation, including human capital, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure the efficient use of resources to meet production targets.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality products.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
- Implement safety programs and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Participate in the development of new products and processes.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of manufacturing operations.
- Analyze data to drive informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 10+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of management experience.
