Director, Managed Care

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Managed Care to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead complex managed care engagements that span analytics, contracting, implementation, and executive-level advisory support. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in healthcare strategy and operational execution, with a strong emphasis on Medicaid, Medicare, and value-based care environments. You will partner closely with client leadership teams to shape revenue growth, strengthen market positioning, and guide high-impact transformation initiatives. This is a highly visible role that blends client relationship management, business development, and delivery leadership. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $179,000 – $298,000 annually Responsibilities Manage the full managed care contracting cycle, from analytics through post-contract implementation Develop and execute comprehensive managed care solutions, including contract negotiations and benchmarking Drive business development efforts toward a partner-level revenue goal of $8 million or more Provide strategic insights to C-suite executives to enhance revenue and market positioning Lead high-impact transformation initiatives for clients while managing advisory and delivery teams Qualifications 10+ years of experience in healthcare management or consulting, with a focus on managed care and ACO leadership Proven track record in executive consulting or industry leadership with Medicaid or Medicare Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of developing innovative, value-based strategies Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment to meet budget and timeline goals Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required Benefits Medical, Rx, Dental & Vision Insurance Personal and Family Sick Time & Company Paid Holidays Parental Leave and Adoption Assistance 401(k) Retirement Plan Tuition Reimbursement and Skills Development Opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
