About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Corporate Development for operational readiness and risk assessment
  • Transform high-level strategies into actionable integration programs
  • Align cross-functional leaders to maintain project momentum and resolve issues
  • Conduct steering committees and regular reviews to ensure on-track execution
  • Provide executive leadership with visibility on integration progress and challenges
  • Facilitate cross-functional decisions and resolve dependencies
  • Build and mentor a growing integration team in line with acquisition volume
  • Optimize integration processes using modern tools and AI workflows

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years in M&A integration or PMO leadership, preferably in B2B software
  • 2-3 years experience at a top-tier consulting firm
  • Strong background in managing complex, global, cross-functional programs
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience designing executive steering committees and governance forums
  • Proficient in M&A program management tools and AI-driven workflows
  • Adaptable to ambiguous environments while bringing clarity and action bias

Pay

$192,000 – $264,000 annually
