We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for each section that has real content: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections where posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, etc. Must not include application instructions. Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes "Why Choose Fitch" with bullet points about Hybrid Work Environment, Culture of Learning & Mobility, Investing in Your Future, Promoting Health & Wellness, Supportive Parenting Policies, Dedication to Giving Back, AI mention. Also includes "FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY Expected base pay rates for the role will be between USD 140,000 and 170,000 per year." So we have Pay info. Benefits: we have many benefits described: hybrid work environment, learning & mobility, investing in your future (retirement, tuition reimbursement), health & wellness, supportive parenting policies, dedication to giving back, AI environment. Those are benefits. So we can have Benefits section with those bullet points. Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned besides hybrid work environment: "3 days a week in office required". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that detail. Also we have About the role: The position summary paragraph. Responsibilities: bullet list of duties (lead accounting support, partner with corporate dev, coordinate purchase accounting, manage opening balance sheet, assess accounting implications, coordinate with external, support disclosures, develop finance integration strategies, coordinate workstreams, drive alignment, lead ERP integration, oversee integration of processes, ensure data conversion, ensure incorporation into monthly close, support statutory reporting, serve as primary finance integration leader, present integration status). Requirements: bullet list of qualifications: Bachelor's degree, CPA preferred, 10+ years experience, strong knowledge US GAAP, experience leading acquisition accounting, experience with ERP implementations, proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, strong analytical/project management/problem-solving, excellent communication. Qualifications maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we can separate: Requirements (experience, education) and Skills (technical skills). However we need to decide which sections to include based on content. The posting includes "You May Be a Good Fit If" which lists education, CPA preferred, 10+ years experience, strong knowledge US GAAP, experience leading acquisition accounting, experience with ERP implementations, proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, strong analytical..., excellent communication. That's basically requirements and skills. Then "What Would Make You Stand Out" includes extra desirable experience: global matrixed org, enterprise-scale finance transformation, ERP migrations, finance operating model design, integrating international entities, familiarity with SOX, statutory reporting, tax integration, treasury integration. Those could be Skills or Qualifications. We can treat "Requirements" as the must-haves, "Skills" as nice-to-haves/standout. Or we could combine. But we need to follow instruction: use headings for section names like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should include only those with real content. Let's map: - About the role: Position Summary paragraph (first paragraph after "Position Summary"). - Responsibilities: The bullet list under "How You’ll Make An Impact". That's responsibilities. - Requirements: The bullet list under "You May Be a Good Fit If". That's requirements (education, experience, etc.) - Qualifications: Could be the same as Requirements? But we might treat "What Would Make You Stand Out" as Qualifications (preferred qualifications). Or we could treat "Skills" as the standout list. Let's decide: We'll have Requirements (must-haves) and Skills (preferred/standout). Qualifications maybe not needed if we already have Requirements and Skills. But we need to decide if we should include Qualifications heading. The instruction says use headings for those section names if they have real content. We can include Qualifications if we have content distinct from Requirements and Skills. The "What Would Make You Stand Out" could be considered Qualifications (preferred). We'll assign that to Qualifications. Then Skills could be technical skills like US GAAP knowledge, ERP experience, etc. But those are already in Requirements. Hmm. Alternative: Use Requirements for education/experience, Skills for technical/accounting skills (US GAAP, ERP, etc.), Qualifications for standout experiences (global matrix, ERP migrations, etc.). Let's extract: From "You May Be a Good Fit If": - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - CPA preferred. - 10+ years of progressive accounting, controllership, transaction advisory, or integration experience. - Strong knowledge of US GAAP and business combination accounting (ASC 805). - Experience leading acquisition accounting and post-merger integration projects. - Experience working with complex ERP implementations and financial system integrations. - Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously. - Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving capabilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. These are a mix of education, experience, technical knowledge, soft skills. From "What Would Make You Stand Out": - Experience within a global, matrixed organization. - Track record leading enterprise-scale finance transformation initiatives. - Expertise in ERP migrations and finance operating model design. - Experience integrating international entities and managing cross-border accounting issues. - Familiarity with SOX, statutory reporting, tax integration, and treasury integration activities. These are additional preferred qualifications. Thus we could have: - Requirements: education, CPA preferred, 10+ years experience. - Skills: strong knowledge US GAAP, experience leading acquisition accounting, experience with ERP implementations, ability to manage multiple workstreams, analytical/project management/problem-solving, communication. - Qualifications: global matrixed org experience, enterprise-scale finance transformation, ERP migrations, finance operating model design, integrating international entities, familiarity with SOX, statutory reporting, tax integration, treasury integration. That seems reasonable. Now Benefits: from "Why Choose Fitch" bullet points: Hybrid Work Environment (3 days a week in office required), Culture of Learning & Mobility (dedicated trainings, leadership development, mentorship), Investing in Your Future (retirement planning, financial wellness, tuition reimbursement), Promoting Health & Wellness (comprehensive healthcare offerings), Supportive Parenting Policies (family-first policies, generous global parental leave), Dedication to Giving Back (paid volunteer days, support for community engagement), AI mention (AI embedded). We'll include those as bullet list. Pay: from "FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY Expected base pay rates for the role will be between USD 140,000 and 170,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis..." We'll include that as Pay section. Schedule: The hybrid work environment mentions 3 days a week in office required. That's schedule. We'll include Schedule section with that detail. We must not repeat job title as heading. We'll not include any other headings. We must output only HTML fragment, no or . Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, conflict of interest, etc. Must remove those. Let's craft sections:
