Director, Lending

Responsibilities

• Oversight of loan intake, review, and disbursement
• Leadership in developing and implementing policies, criteria, guidelines, and standard operating procedures for SBA disaster loan programs and the Shuttered Venue Operators Grant (SVOG)
• Monitoring nationwide disaster activity, analyzing impact and recovery needs, and coordinating with the CFO and partners to produce data analytics, forecasts, and reports
• Strategic direction on operational and staffing requirements, including scalable and surge operations, to ensure efficient field deployment

Qualifications

Experience in disaster recovery and resilience, with a focus on disaster loan programs and grant administration.

Proven ability to develop and implement policies, criteria, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Strong analytical skills with experience in producing data analytics, forecasts, and reports.

Effective leadership and management experience, particularly in overseeing complex financial processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards and prudent lending practices.

Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support operational planning and resource allocation.

Experience in scalable and surge operations to ensure efficient field deployment.
