About the role
The Director, Leadership, Culture & Change is a strategic leader within the Global Integration Management Office (IMO) responsible for driving successful organizational adoption of acquisitions, integrations, and transformation initiatives. The role leads the people side of integration by developing and executing strategies related to leadership alignment, culture integration, organizational change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, and colleague experience.
