The Leadership & Capability Director helps Copeland translate business strategy into workforce capability by building the leaders, skills, and capabilities required to improve performance today while preparing the workforce for tomorrow. This role leads Copeland's global leadership and capability development strategy, strengthening leadership effectiveness, building critical workforce capabilities, and supporting execution of the company's strategic priorities. Working with business leaders, functional subject matter experts, and HR colleagues, this role connects development priorities to business needs and ensures investments in leadership and capability building deliver measurable value.
