About the role

Requirements

10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay

The pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay, including base pay and total target cash (base pay plus sales incentive compensation), for this role by location is:

• San Jose, California: Base Pay: ($219,100.00 - $324,940.00 Annually) Total Target Cash: ($313,000.00 - $464,200.00 Annually)
• Chicago, Illinois: Base Pay: ($198,800.00 - $295,680.00 Annually) Total Target Cash: ($284,000.00 - $422,400.00 Annually)
• Austin, Texas: Base Pay: ($198,800.00 - $295,680.00 Annually) Total Target Cash: ($284,000.00 - $422,400.00 Annually)
• New York City, New York: Base Pay: ($219,100.00 - $324,940.00 Annually) Total Target Cash: ($313,000.00 - $464,200.00 Annually)
• Scottsdale, Arizona: Base Pay: ($189,000.00 - $281,050.00 Annually) Total Target Cash: ($270,000.00 - $401,500.00 Annually)
• Omaha, Nebraska: Base Pay: ($189,000.00 - $281,050.00 Annually) Total Target Cash: ($270,000.00 - $401,500.00 Annually)

Schedule

For the majority of employees, PayPal's balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office for effective in-person collaboration and 2 days at your choice of either the PayPal office or your home workspace, ensuring that you equally have the benefits and conveniences of both locations.
