About the role

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a consumer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate changes and collaborate with divisional leadership for pro-associate initiatives
  • Recommend strategies to avoid and mitigate workplace disputes
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare reports on labor union activity
  • Provide insights on labor trends to enhance associate engagement
  • Design and deliver best-in-class pro-associate training and education
  • Develop individualized labor relations interventions, including travel to facilities
  • Advocate for fair pro-associate workplace practices
  • Promote technological tools to enhance HR and people leaders' resources
  • Analyze labor union activity and recommend action plans
  • Build strong relationships within the Associate Relations team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Labor Relations or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8 years experience as a Labor Relations Specialist in unionized or non-unionized organizations
  • Advanced knowledge of labor and employee relations principles, including relevant laws
  • Seasoned understanding of HR management programs and policies
  • Proven ability to apply labor relations laws in everyday situations

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
