The Role is responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to advance our climate goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate climate action into all aspects of the organization
- Lead initiatives to promote sustainable practices across departments
- Monitor progress against targets and adjust strategies as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in sustainability or environmental policy
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of international climate agreements and policies
- Ability to develop and present compelling arguments to senior leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

$80,000 - $90,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
