About the role

The Role is responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to advance our climate goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate climate action into all aspects of the organization
  • Lead initiatives to promote sustainable practices across departments
  • Monitor progress against targets and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in sustainability or environmental policy
  • Proven track record of successful project management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of international climate agreements and policies
  • Ability to develop and present compelling arguments to senior leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Benefits

$80,000 - $90,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
