Director, Jet Card Sales (Remote, US)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales quota of new Jet Card Members.
- Manage renewal process of existing Jet Card Members.
- Prepare proposals, conduct live presentations, and negotiate sales contracts.
- Engage local communities through third party event participation and planning of company owned local events.
- Work closely with assigned Private Aviation Advisor (Sales Development Representative) and guide them on daily initiatives to drive qualified prospect meetings onto your calendar.
- Generate new outbound leads & promptly respond to in-bound leads.
- Audit and interpret pipeline data to make informed decisions on daily tasks.
- Cold call via Phone, Email, Text, and Video.
- Maintain CRM with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Service prospects a subject matter expert with extensive knowledge of the services, competitors, and aircraft capabilities.
- Create meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with local network referral partners.
- Meet and greet current members and prospects for flights as needed.
- Represent the company at various community and business meetings to promote the company.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the company and its customers.
- Proven record of successful sales experiences, closing sales, and “hunter” mentality throughout a long-term sales cycle.
- Ability to be persistent while demonstrating strong customer-focus skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, discretion, and initiative.
- Superior analytical ability to translate data into actions.
- Exceptional & confident presentation skills, comfortable in a boardroom setting in person and via live video meetings.
- Ability to self-start your day and work under minimal daily supervision.
- Function as a leader of your territory with a mindset to pro-actively problem solve and participate in driving the betterment of all aspects of the business.
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of high-end/executive level sales and public contract experience required, Aviation or luxury brand preferred.
- Proven experience developing, negotiating, finalizing, and implementing contracts required.
Physical Requirements
- Majority of work is completed in a normal office work environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Able to complete physical activities such as standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing to perform daily work functions.
- Must be able to move up to 25 pounds on an infrequent basis.
Documentation Requirements
- Ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US.

- Starting base annual salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000.
- Actual base salary provided is dependent upon geographic location, aircraft size (crew positions), relevant education, training and experience of the candidate.
