Responsibilities

• Develop and refine battery technology for a reliable, clean, and affordable electric grid
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new product features
• Contribute to research and development projects aimed at advancing energy storage solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in battery technology

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in battery development or related field
• Strong understanding of electrochemistry and materials science
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Passion for sustainability and innovation
• Experience with battery testing and characterization techniques
• Knowledge of battery manufacturing processes and quality control
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or similar programming languages
• Experience with battery simulation software (e.g., DREAMS, ANSYS)
• Understanding of battery safety standards and regulations
