Position Qualifications
- Minimum education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field with 15+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Additional qualifications: Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
- 15+ years of proven experience in IT Infrastructure Management, with a strong technical background in Datacenter design, Business Continuity Planning, Incident Management, and Configuration management
- Any one or two certifications in relevant IT domains are highly desirable (ITIL, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCNP, CCSP, CDCP, Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Expertise in Network Operations Center (NOC), Project Management, Security Operations, Information Security, and Compliance Management
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and providing innovative solutions to complex IT challenges
- Partners well with cross-functional teams to solve hard problems and to complete complex deliverables with quality and business outcomes
- 8+ years of experience in a supervisory role desired
- Strong communication and consulting skills to engage with clients across various industries and levels of expertise
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously
