About the role

As Director, IP Licensing & Partnerships, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's intellectual property licensing and partnerships programs. This includes negotiating and executing licensing agreements, building strategic relationships with key industry players, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and execute licensing agreements with external parties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners
  • Manage and grow existing IP licensing and partnerships programs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's IP portfolio

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in IP licensing and/or partnerships management
  • Proven track record of successful negotiation and contract drafting
  • Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Experience in the technology sector is preferred
  • Knowledge of international IP laws and practices
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Pay

Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
