Responsibilities
- Scope, plan, and implement engineering and construction projects focused on installation innovation
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance installation quality and project efficiency
- Co-develop the company’s Installer model for USC&I installations
- Develop new product requirements and assess associated risks for installations
- Execute strategic business initiatives and monitor sustainability
- Identify and recommend improvements across the organization
- Resolve issues hindering installation success and mentor team members
Qualifications
- 15+ years in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- 10+ years in technical or construction project management
- Proven ability to manage teams through influence
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on actionable solutions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
