About the role

The Director of Information Technology serves as the CFO's primary technology partner and the organization's senior-most IT leader. You will own the company's technology portfolio, including productivity, finance, CRM, HRIS/payroll, data, collaboration, networking, and proprietary event platforms. You will lead and develop the IT Operations Manager and overall IT support function. You will oversee IT security, identity management, and network reliability across offices and event environments. You will drive integrations and data flows between business-critical systems. You will lead current and future technology initiatives, including system migrations, platform consolidations, and operational improvements. You will establish governance around documentation, licensing, security, budgeting, and vendor management. You will partner with business leaders across finance, operations, marketing, HR, and event production to identify and deliver technology solutions. You will provide leadership visibility through technology roadmaps, KPIs, reporting, and budget management.

Location & Travel

  • Remote within the United States.
  • Ability to work Eastern Time business hours.
