Director, Information Security & Technology

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the company’s multi-year security and technology strategy
• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary security and technology team
• Direct delivery for all areas of information security and compliance functions
• Evaluate and mitigate risks across corporate environments
• Set direction for AI security within a secure SDLC framework
• Lead governance, risk, and compliance program and internal assessments
• Oversee security operations and incident response for the company environment
• Manage relationships with DSG for shared services and security functions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in security with direct people management
• Experience scaling an information security program significantly
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills with a focus on building a security culture
• Breadth in security domains such as product security, cloud security, and AI security
• Proficiency in risk frameworks like NIST CSF 2.0 and AI RMF
• Ability to identify and articulate security risk with actionable plans
• Excellent communication skills for translating security concepts to business outcomes
