Director, Influencer Strategy

About the role

Partner with Client Solutions leads, Creative and Creator Managers to develop insight-driven strategies for a luxury beauty account. Provide a sound business justification for investments in influencer marketing based on market trends, audience insights, past campaign data, and experience. Drive the strategic direction for accounts by working directly with client and account team focusing on audience targeting, creative, and media distribution. Lead the campaign recap process by translating campaign data into actionable insights and future optimizations for overall brand success.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign performance analysis includes leveraging the analytics dashboard in Traackr to export, aggregate and interpret data
  • Campaign sentiment analysis includes reporting on the drivers for positivity and/or negativity
  • Social listening analysis includes constructing Boolean queries and using social listening tools to analyze mentions, sentiment, consumer cohorts, and trends
  • Using market research using tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • 8+ years agency experience in social listening or previous strategy, consulting or analytics roles
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with market research tools (e.g., Global Web Index, Statista, etc.)
  • Experience constructing Boolean queries and using social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Netbase, Infegy, TalkWalker, etc.) to analyze mentions, sentiment, consumer cohorts, and trends
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., spreadsheet formatting, pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of leveraging social content data and providing actionable insights and recommendations on content strategies
  • Experience with survey design and quantitative survey analysis for audience segmentation and insights
  • A highly collaborative team leader with a proven track record in effectively managing their own workload and proactively communicating with key stakeholder

Pay

Base Salary $135,000 – $165,000 USD

Schedule

This position is currently designated as hybrid and is subject to the Company's workplace attendance and in-office work requirements, as in effect from time to time. The Company reserves the right to modify these requirements at any time.
